Processing Time: Once your payment is confirmed, it takes 2 to 5 business days for our suppliers to process, pack, and ship your order.

Delays: Please be aware that occasionally, factors outside of our control (such as postal strikes, custom delays, extreme weather, or holidays) can slightly extend these delivery times.
1.3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a Tracking Code via email to the address provided during checkout.

1.5. Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries

If it is not collected and the package is returned to the international supplier, we cannot guarantee a free reshipment. A new shipping fee may be required to send it again.
